WELCOME
I am an artist. I am the 3rd generation of artists in my family. My grandmother was an oil painter and illustrator. My mother is an oil painter and photographer. I am an illustrator, photographer, painter, graphic designer and technical writer.
My grandmother taught me the basics of art at an early age. At the age of 5, my grandmother would paint with me. She taught me the basic skills of visual arta. I learned about line, shape and color theory during the summers of my childhood. These are memories I have always held with me.
As a designer, I use the lessons taught to me by grandmother combined with the ideas I have been taught to me at Southern Polytechnic State University and North Metro Technical College. I in design to be fairly easy in its most basic form: make each design interesting, unique to itself and visual intriguing. I find the closer I stick to these personal tenants, the better the work I produce is.
And to my mother, thank you for always believing in me and supporting my insanity even when you did not understand me.
